1. Parties

These terms apply between peakseopros (Simsonstrasse 2, 04107 Leipzig, Germany) and the client ordering services through peakseopros.com.

2. Services

peakseopros provides digital SEO services as described in the package selected at booking. All service descriptions are available at peakseopros.com/services.

3. Payment

All services are paid in advance. Payments are processed via Stripe. Work begins after receipt of payment and completion of the onboarding form.

4. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally. Timelines run from the date the completed onboarding form is returned.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment you receive all rights to the content and reports we produce.

6. Limitation of Liability

peakseopros does not guarantee specific search rankings. Our liability is limited to the price of the relevant service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Leipzig.
